In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

In order to use our support center an ABT - Agent has to setup an account and provide you with a user ID.  If you are currently an Alpha Blue Technologies, LLC customer and did not receive your Account Information, please contact us through the contact form or reach out to your P.O.C. (Point of Contact) and we will be sure to provide you with that information as quickly as possible.
