This is the second in what hopes to prove to be many reviews.  These reviews are written by me or can be submitted through e-mail or on the forums by others.  The reviews must be written by the one testing or using the product.  My goal is to have real reviews, written by real people who have really used this gear and is not paid to over hype.

MusikFest: Another year in Bethlehem with the largest music festival I am aware of.  Lasting 10 days with over 200 shows and 3 million visitors each year, the fest bring one crazy week of fun for anybody living in the area.  Aside from all of the onsite festival stuff, all of the local businesses do their part to draw the attention of the once a year visitors.

Perhaps the best thing of all about MusikFest is all of the parties that the locals throw.  Since walking around the streets with open bottles of liquor in your hand during these times, people seem to take advantage of the acceptable behavior laws and all plan parties the same week.  Though it creates many a nights of spinning into bed and waking up next to toilet in the past; these times also seems to brew an incredible amount of fun.  I went to a few this year and lets just say all fun.

I had the chance to see John Fogerty in concert on the final night.  My mom and step father were supposed to go but the weather kept the from making the drive and I got to go.  It's amazing how after 40 some odd years the guy can still sound like that.  I always consider it honor to get to see a legend on stage live before it's too late.  I have gotten to see CSNY, Kansas, Styx, James Taylor, Willie, Garth, and now Fogerty.  I consider myself a very lucky fan of music.

New Outdoor Adventure Club
I wanted to start an outdoor club for the local adventurer like myself.  Basically, one Sunday a month we will go on a hike, nature walk, bike ride, or scramble somewhere.  I will have already visited most of the locations and have a specific trail or course slated out for us.  I usually have a group of two or three anyways, I am just looking for more interest from other people.

This should create a better environment to learn from others and see things you might not have otherwise.  Maybe you're into walking but never tried hiking or love to bicycle but always wanted to rock climb, either way there should be enough fun for everybody to really enjoy themselves most of the time.

The more people that come will create more opportunity to do better and more frequent trips.  I am thinking the trips can and will become a rotation of Hiking, Rock Climbing, Kayaking or Canoe, and even a rare night of Camping.  The location would be mostly local to the Lehigh Valley within a couple of hours.  The trips may be as far as North Mountain in the Poconos, PA or as far East as New Jersey or so.  If you have any interest at all in joining, it will be free, please let me know so I can start arranging for our first trip.
